One of the best travel agency to explore north-east. Had planned to 1 week trip to khaziranga and Meghalaya and it was very smooth. Accommodations were very clean and good, car driver (chankaya bhaiyya : the one in the middle in last photo) was very friendly and we got to know lot of the local culture from him and we could cover most places as planned in the iternary. They are also flexible and will customise to fit in your requirements. Definitely would recommend hill dekho. Pricing of package is also reasonable

A Highly Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended We had one of our most disappointing travel experiences with Hill Dekho and its affiliate, Unexplored Trips, during our trip to Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya. We were a group of six travelers and had expected a well-organized and safe journey. Unfortunately, the trip was marred by multiple issues, which I have outlined below: 1. Unprofessional and Unsafe Driver: On the first day, the driver arrived an hour late at the airport with a punctured tire and no tarpaulin to cover the luggage, despite the possibility of rain. His behavior was unprofessional—he was drinking while driving, made unscheduled and unnecessary stops, and drove recklessly. We narrowly avoided accidents multiple times in the first two days, which severely impacted our peace of mind. We were so concerned for our safety that we had to request intervention from the local police in Tawang. After repeated requests, the agency eventually arranged a different driver. 2. Vehicle Mismanagement: Despite having booked an Innova Crysta for the entire trip, we were provided a Tata Sumo for the Bomdila leg. Only after reaching Bomdila did we get the Innova Crysta with a different driver. 3. Accommodation Issues in Shillong: Our confirmed stay at Ransom Stay Inn in Shillong turned into a two-hour ordeal as the property had no booking under our name. We were left waiting on the roadside until a last-minute alternative was arranged. 4. Room Allocation Issues in Cherrapunji: In Cherrapunji, we had booked three rooms at Kenzie Homestay. However, only two rooms were available at one location, while the third was 1 km away. We had to adjust and stay in two rooms. The agency received a refund for the third room. 5. Sightseeing Logistics Mismanaged: Due to our lack of trust in the initially assigned driver, we arranged our own local sightseeing transport in Tawang and also managed our Guwahati Kamakhya Temple visit independently. These expenses were later adjusted in our final settlement. 6. Intimidating Behavior Over Payment: Despite all the issues we faced, we merely requested a deduction of INR 7,500 from the total bill of INR 1,32,000. Instead of accommodating this reasonable request, the agency staff used threatening language and insisted we pay the full amount. Fearing for our safety, especially when told we wouldn’t be allowed to leave Guwahati without payment, we reluctantly paid the remaining amount. Conclusion: We found Hill Dekho and Unexplored Trips to be highly unprofessional and unsafe. I strongly advise others to avoid booking trips through them, especially when traveling with family.

Our trip to seven sisters was indeed a magnificent and an appealing one.. Thanks to the travel agency for arranging the things well..The hotels and logdes we checked in were great..We even covered up many tourist places in 7 sisters..Had a blast there ! IT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE THERE ? The staff was amiable ! The food was moderate. [ for vegetarians] Lastly We thank you very much for all your work and dedication to make this trip happenn ! And as a woman I can assure we didn't had to encounter any disturbing accident its quite safe especially when it's all girls trip !

Hill Dekho and Unexplored Trip are same entity operating as individual entity to fool the customer . Instead of making fool , try to convince customer by showing your fake reviews and do not make 500 companies work on your service
