We recently booked a trip to Shimla, Kullu, and Manali through global trip agency, and the service provided was exceptional. From the moment we inquired about the trip to the end of our journey, the agency staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our trip was memorable.

The itinerary they crafted was well-planned, allowing us to experience the beauty and culture of each destination without feeling rushed. The accommodations they arranged were comfortable and conveniently located, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscapes.

Our tour guide Mamta was incredibly informative, providing us with insights into the history and significance of each place we visited. Additionally, the transportation arrangements were seamless( just one suggestion to driver to use good air freshener), making it easy for us to navigate between attractions. Simala and Manali both hotels was good and with tasty food.

Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided by our agency.

It was such an amazing experience with Global Trip Holidays Private Limited organizing my vacation.

driver behave is vary vary bad, no managment , hotels are change , agent not supporting , pls dont use global trip holoiday , pls pls pls , book another package onother company , this company is not good , not supportrd staff

We M.Swaroop Kumar & M.S.Jyothi came back to home town Hyderabad, Telangan and we had a nice experience amazing memorable trip Simla, Kullu, Manali, Kasol. All credit goes Mr.Deepu Rana & Madam Mamta from Global Trip Holidays Pvt.Ltd., for arranging this wonderful customised package and continues assistance day to day during entire trip. The hotels provided are nice also the professional cab driver Mr.Balbir Singh very nice and helpful. The services were on time and tour package was worth the money that we paid. Well arranged trip by the global trip holidays ... got many memories..

They will be good till they got the money once money is paid they will behave very rudely and the drivers they are providing are behaving very rude to the PPL and side seeing places are not covered they will always come with an excuse, they will waste your time bcoz of cab delay and discussion rather than covering side seeing. Worst service and very bad management.wasted our 1 day of the trip and driver are rude with us.. management is saying we can't do anything..

Global trip holidays PVT LTD is really excellent in planning,managing the trips and Varsha Ma'am coordination and management is very professional. Taking the update timely and planning the trip in that way that every part of Manali,Shimla and dharamshala is covered.

Our Driver Ravindra Bhala was really polite and Cooperative in entire trip. Taking care of us and guide us with accurate information. Very professional and punctual in time.

Terrible experience...They have vanished after receipt of the advance payment. We have planned our trip in June 2021. Due to lockdown we can't make the trip. As per written terms and conditions, we supposed to get full refund. After calling them 100 times, Mr. Rajesh Thakur said refund will be done in 2 weeks. Also forced us to delete our reviews. I have their terms and conditions and screenshot of every chat. Please do not trust these guys.

My latest trip to Manali, HP was arranged by Global Trip Holidays and it's head Mr. Love Singh Thakur. The overall experience was extremely surreal and unique in their own ways. Firstly, the whole trip never felt like a typical tourism trip. Instead, everything felt more homely, only with special added benefits that relate to traveling to such beautiful places like Manali! Pathetic services they don't informed driver about the areas to cover up in a day they failed to provide food services they used to say alot of things before booking and after your reach they denied to perform them and told you that it was mistakenly written and feel sorry for that don't book from global trip holidays..
In case you need help they don't pick up there phone ,one more thing they used to call customer at there place don't come into their trap they are fraud dnt have correct location...they are people behind calls and fail to face customer

Please don't plan your holiday with global trip holidays. Totally irresponsible behaviour. After payment they totally ignore you. Also hotel arrangements was worst. So please don't waste your money and time with this company.

Don’t plan/book your holiday with Global Trip Holiday Pvt Ltd. I have booked 5 nights/6days holiday package for Manali-Shimla with the Global Trip but it was proved a worst trip for me. Booking representative Tanuja provided worst hotel “Himalayan View” in Manali and "Shimla Regency" in Shimla where food quality and service was poor. Hotel location was far off from the main road besides only three-four persons were deployed at the Hotel.
Please find below a list of our complaints:
1) Welcome drinks not provided by any hotels(Manali and Shimla)
2) There was no commode hand shower in the hotel bathroom (Hotel Shimla Regency: Shimla).
3) Television was dead condition. So, T.V. is not working at hotel shimla Regency, Shimla.
4) Geyser was also dead condition in the hotel room.
5) Room door locker at hotel was not working. There are no any positive response from Hotel and Tour & Travel Company. No body can feel consumer pain (Violation of Consumer Protection Act 1986)
6) I was deeply aggrieved at the low-standard and low quality of the facilities provided. Neither the hotels room, nor was the food up to the mark(Very bad experience).
7) Solang Valley(Paragliding Areas), Parwanoo, Timber Trail are not covered by Tour Operator.( Car driver said to me that Timber Trail present at Pinjore Garden but in reality there are far distance between them. False information given by car driver).
So I suggest everyone don’t book your holiday with the Global Trip Holiday Pvt Ltd, Manali. with Tanuja Thakur.

Don’t plan/book your holiday with Global Trip Holiday Pvt Ltd. I have booked 5 nights/6days holiday package for Manali-Shimla and Chandigarh with the Global Trip but it was proved a worst trip for me and my family. Booking assistant Tanuja Thakur provided worst hotel “Rhythm Retreat” in Manali where food quality and service was very poor. Hotel location was far off from the main road besides only three persons were deployed at the Hotel. The company has provided Swift D’zire (No 3336, Dariver Name Baljeet Singh) from Delhi. But the Driver was so slow that even Nano, trucks and Motercyles overtook us all the way. We left from Delhi at 9 am and could reach Manali at 2 am next day. The company took all the money in advance and then did nothing despite several complaints. The driver also skipped many points mentioned in the package and after complaint the company says nothing expect sorry sir.
We left the service in the middle of the tour and completed our trip by hiring another vehicle by paying extra money by own. So I suggest everyone don’t book your holiday with the Global Trip Holiday Pvt Ltd, Manali.

It was a hassle free trip for us because of global trip holidays. They been with us right from the planning till end with good coordination.

Totally worst experience for my family. Arranged vehicle in very bad condition for site seeing and provided third-right hotel for overnight stay. They won't provide as they assured by their executive. Don't pay huge amount before starting the journey. Not at all recommended for families. Halfway we dropped our package and opted another agency 'Panickers travels'. They provided excellent service in our budget.

Had really a good and a memorable trip. Sathish Sharma was our coordinator through out the trip. He was extremely polite and clearly answered every question of ours. He made sure the complete trip was perfect and he was very much accessible incase we had any concern. Would recommend global holidays for anyone planning for a tip.

This was our first trip as a couple to kullu manali. We enjoyed a lot, thanks to Global Trip Holidays Pvt. ltd., who provided us a great service with lots of comfort. Satyam paradies in shimala and Rohatang height resorts & spa in manali was excellent .The itinerary was carefully thought through and well balanced. The trip represented great travel for the cost. Our booking was easy , the pre-information packet was timely and through.Interim questions were handled promptly and thoroughly.The transfer were perfect , in time and done with high class vehicle. We are very much thankful to Global trip holidays for arranging amazing tour to Rishikesh-Mussoriee-Nainital-Jim corbett in reasonable cost. The tour was planed very nicely and all the sight seeing was visited on time. Hospitality was very good specialy(saalvan spa & Resort in Jim corbett ) rooms were spacious. They are money minded and don't care of services and problems of tourists. One complete day, we did not get water in the accommodation provided & after calling many times no change. Also, though they confirmed for 3 persons, pillows, bed-sheets etc. are provided only for two. Multiple places they did not serve the food for Kid initially & later after argument they did. All this was clearly mentioned in my itenary that we are three people and all these will be taken into account.
