What's Not Good: Do not go with Galeed groups - it is much easier to plan trips on your own rather than go through hassle of multiple follow ups and then to get cheated.

Multiple follow ups required, communication not prompt, lack of transparency on itinerary and inclusions. Got cheated of Rs 17,500 - I asked for including Universal express pass in the itinerary and paid for it. However when I arrived in Singapore, was handed a regular admission ticket. I was told that I would get a refund, it's been two months and I haven't received. Daniel, who is the point of contact completely stopped answering my calls or text. Trust has been broken and I regret not having withheld last payment tranche.

Yah bahut hi froud company hai isne mera 60000 rupaiya Thailand tour ke naam per liya aur Patna se Hyderabad airport Tak ka ticket dekar Hyderabad airport ke bad na to iska Koi aadami aaya na isne call receive Kiya yah Ham logon ke team ka lagbhag 35 lakh rupaiya lekar bhaga hai last mein ham log Hyderabad se Patna wapas Aaye jismein RS 3 lakh rupaye ka kharch aaya ticket banvane mein

Thankyou Galeed Holidays, you have made our trip so smooth and brilliant, no words to describe the way you managed the things from day 1st to last.. very punctuality by drivers , hotel staff management, everything was genuine.
