What's Not Good: Do not go with Galeed groups - it is much easier to plan trips on your own rather than go through hassle of multiple follow ups and then to get cheated.

Multiple follow ups required, communication not prompt, lack of transparency on itinerary and inclusions. Got cheated of Rs 17,500 - I asked for including Universal express pass in the itinerary and paid for it. However when I arrived in Singapore, was handed a regular admission ticket. I was told that I would get a refund, it's been two months and I haven't received. Daniel, who is the point of contact completely stopped answering my calls or text. Trust has been broken and I regret not having withheld last payment tranche.

Thankyou Galeed Holidays, you have made our trip so smooth and brilliant, no words to describe the way you managed the things from day 1st to last.. very punctuality by drivers , hotel staff management, everything was genuine. Once again thankyou. Hopefully we will contact you again in the upcoming winters ?

We had a great time at Kashmir with Galeed holidays. Thank you? Good stay at Palm Spring hotel in Srinagar with good ambience n hospitality from the hotrl sfaff. Mr. Sherin took so much of pain n strain to make our trip a wonderful n pleasant experience. Kudos to Galeed Holidays??
