What's Good: I had an absolutely amazing time in Kerala. It is a beautiful place with very friendly people. We booked a customized tour with Bharatway Travels which exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious and the portion sizes generous (tip: if you prefer your food not too spicy, ask for normal spice). Cocoacraft (just outside Kochi) serves the best pancakes and hot chocolate. The highlight of the tour for me was the stay on the houseboat in Alleppey. Chef John prepared a special meal on our request. The drive through the nature reserve with Sunil in Munnar was very memorable and the boat cruise in Kovalum was exceptional. Our driver Gigo George made our trip extra special. He has exceptional driving skills, has a good knowledge of his country, made great recommendations throughout the trip and has a good sense of humor. A special thank you Gigo for making the trip memorable. Thank you, Hitesh, for the great service!

What's Good: Food, delicious
Transport, our driver Gigo George (Joe) made us feel safe always. A humble person, great personality, accomodating, He was more than our driver. Showed us good places to eat and shop. Knowledgeable. Would give Joe 10 stars.
Highlights: Munnar liked everything, game drive with Sunil @Sunil travels
Tea plantation. Camel ride. Blackberry Hills hotel.
Thekkady: elephant jungle. Poetrree Saravor hotel. Elephant ride
Kumarakom: Backwater ripple hotel.
Alleppey: spice route luxury houseboat. Loved the crab roast chef John prepared. Cruising the backwaters was very tranquil. Walked alongside the rice paddies.
Kovalum: boat cruise in backwaters.
Trivandrum: Gokulam grand hotel. Lovely end to our vacation with complimentary dinner from Bharatawaytravels.
Accommodation: good selection of hotels. Friendly staff at all hotels and restaurants.

What's Not Good: Long drives but Joe kept us entertained and stopped for leg stretches in-between

What's Good: I liked the way in which the authority, Mr. Hitesh Khandelwal and Ms. Mansi took proactive and reactive appropriate steps during planning and exigencies.
What's Not Good: I can't write anything because whenever such situations had come, it was sorted out specifically by Mr. Hitesh. Availability of Hitesh and Mansi were felt 24 X 7

What's Good: Bharatway Travels, advisers Mansi and Mr.Hitesh were nice and very fast in responding.They have arranged good 4 * hotels whereby in all hotels we had good breakfast.We also really enjoyed the kathakali dance and kalari defence.Every tourist should watch the kathakali dance if going to kerala.****
What's Not Good: But unfortunately we had a bad driver name (Sredev). Because all days he comes late to pick us up.Every day we got to wait for him.We had big arguement the last 2 days of travel. A driver cannot be rude to tourist.He Promised to pick us 8.00am But coming at 9.30am with all excuses.

I strongly advice all travel agents to blacklist this driver name Sredev(His picture attached)
