What's Not Good: I recently had the unfortunate experience of booking a trip with *Arcadia Travels (Paras)*, and I feel compelled to warn others about their *gross mismanagement*. The entire process was fraught with poor communication, leading to significant stress and inconvenience.
In addition to the already frustrating experience, they *still haven’t refunded the amount* for a canceled itinerary, despite promising the refund two weeks ago. Their *incompetence* is truly alarming, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism.
They took my money and disappeared.
