Do not give what they promise

I had booked my trip toh leh with young india. The agent with whom i had booked my trip and i got all the false promises suddenly vanished into thin air 10 days before the trip. I tried calling young india for straight 5-7 days but noone cared to respond. Just 2 days before the trip, i received a call from some other agent that my trip has been finalized and they gave us completely different hotels than what they had promised to us and said that my bookings had been made and cant be changed now. I trusted them for my trip and ultimately i landed my paying extra for the hotela that i did not want. On the last day before the trip they asked for 7k extra saying their representative had done a mistake in quoting. So eventually we paid 7k extra for substandard hotels. I will never recommend this to anyone. Kindly book your own trips and stay away from them.

We did a Spiti valley circuit tour and it was an amazing memorable experience. Manjul took care of our hotel bookings and the cab driver was really good. The weather turned very bad at the end of our trip but Manjul and us coordinated to change our plans, hotel bookings and route immediately to avoid road blocks and we reached Shimla safely.

A small group of people from Shimla who have the potential of becoming the best tour agents in the region. Owner, Mr. Manjul, even though he was busy with his wedding, would not miss a single day to check in onn us just to make sure that everything was according to plan. A tour agency can only excel if it deals with spontaneous changes smoothly, and the way these people dealt with, for any changes, was phenomenal.Our driver, Mr Rajesh was polite and very professional throughout. The Stays provided by Ms Mamata were beyond our expectations, Just Stunning and Beautiful! The homestays blew us away with the views and the food provided was finger licking everywhere we stayed at. They never did iritate us or even bother to ask for any payments during the trip. It was only after the completion of the trip that I transferred the amount with them still not asking for it. This trust which they showed on us makes us feel that they aren't just running a business but also building relations. Kudos to the entire team and do keep up the good work. Would definitely revisit Manali with you guys.
