Nothing as such. It was horrible experience with the tour company. The tour coordinator, no communication, driver was very illiterate & had no idea about the tour & was the third party contractor

Worst driver and pathetic driving.not friendly at all. Very stubborn and adamant. Did not let the kids enjoy.just a money earning business for him.very casual in driving.
Thrice we were saved while driving.
Lot of confusion in the drop point .
Me and my family was asked to get down in between as the driver was not ready to drop at the destination.
Would never recommend anyone for such trip

There is no negative star otherwise I would like to give them -5/5 they won't be responsible enough to maintain the agency they actually have tie-up with another agent I think so.They don't make the payment for the cab driver he used to stop the vehicle in the mid way to get the payment done but the agency got the full payment done one the 2 nd day of our trip.we have very worst experience with them recently we booked a trip of himachal pradesh but totally disappointed I would like to take any other agent with better price range...

My trip was overall a good experience. Majority of things were as they have said and planned. I'm giving 3 stars because of delay in bus tickets update. Earlier we were told the bus would be at 5:30-6 PM, but later we got tickets of 8:30 PM. Hotel experience only on 1st day was not as expected because it was changed by world trip planner to a different hotel which had inconvenient entry/exits. On other days, we were accomodated in hotel Hill side residences, which was great hotel and service. And great rooms also. Overall it was amazing trip and experience except the above 2 things, and I can plan next travrl with world trip planner again if above mentioned things are improved.

Currently now, we have been stopped at a random place 50 kms ahead to Delhi airport and forced us to pay the remaining money which is extra and not mentioned in the invoice. If not paid, they have dropped at the location and our baggages got dropped at that place. World trip planner is not at all responsive for this issue. Once we reach Delhi, we have been trying to the representative Priya Vashshit and Sidhanth but no response from them regarding the itinerary. The itinerary sent to driver and us is completely different. Pls be aware of communicating and have a record on every calls and mails.
