Timely pickup at ernakulam railway station and warm welcome by George and Correct execution of plan and arrangements
We got excellent driver Mr.Tharanju who derived safely and take us to the destination in time
Boating and stay in boat house celebrating our daughter birthday is unforgettable
Hotel selection can be improved and dinner taste also not meet the standards

Houseboat - We had a very bad experience in a houseboat. Pathetic condition of the boat, Dirty water, staff is not supportive, very old boat structure. Hotel/resorts stay - is good & comfortable stay, Food is good in houseboat, complementary brekfast is good. Vehicle - Vehicle condition is good but the vehicle driver is not cooperative. Proper site seeing not shown by the driver. In this package, I think it would have been better if Trivandrum Sri Padma Swamy temple, Jatayu & other temples were added.It could be better as per package. The experience is ok ok with Welgreen.

We had recently gone to Kerela trip with Family for 5 Days & 4 Nights includes Munnar, Thekady, Allepey & Kochi. We had wonderful experience because it was very nicely planned trip by Mr. George ( Welgreen Kerela Holidays), each & every thing which he has committed had delivered. Each and every thing like Hotels, Allepey House boat and specially our Cab Driver Mr. Santosh who is with us for 5 days is a very nice & knowledgeable person and also knows a very good Hindi. So Thank you very much Mr. George for arranging all the things. If again I will come to kerela than definitely loved to take your services again.

Trip was awesome with Welgreen Kerla… Mr. George is perfectly guided for our trip… Just Mind blowing… Speechless? Hotels are also superb… he provide the best hospitality and Services… He covered all the places like Cochin, Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey and Trivendrapurum, Jatayu Earth Center etc… Driver Saji uncle is the best driver..
