We opted for 7D and 6N package to Kashmir. My bookin id is Ga-26223. I would say violet agency folks are highly unprofessional and doesn’t know how to handle their clients without friction. Only good thing they did was assigning a good driver Mr. Aadil. Unfortunately we were trapped with this agency as the friends family we planned to accompany us opted for this and due to unfortunate reason they were not able to make it. So we had to continue with the same agency. As the conversation with them was not smooth even before the trip i started enquiring with other agencies as well. Finally we ended Jp paying more from what was originally agreed on. Horrible experience. No peace of mind working with them. I would not suggest these guys to anyone. If you still have to go with them save all your conversation and phone recordings with them. Specifically Aliya from that agency is irresponsible and unprofessional. The owner Sharik may also need to take ownership of this.

On the quality of the accommodation provided boat house food was so worst, river side inn also food was not great. Only six seasons was good but the food was so worst. So value for money is not assured. Due to the friction we had before travel with agency I didn’t call either aliya or Sharik once we reached. For payment aliya contacted me and for name sake she was enquiring of everything was good to check the pulse.

And I saw one of the comment on how these guys are getting 5 star is they check the pulse of the client and only if they are happy they share the link to update. Don’t see people taking effort and writing reviews. If you could see the responses of owner for bad reviews you can gauge their professionalism. I feel pity for Aliya as she is just the mouthpiece of the owner Mr. Sharik. She pukes what he dictates.

Last of all we don’t need any of these travel agencies. Unnecessary headaches and dramas. We could plan well in advance and book HOTELS’s via online itself. It would be cheaper

Violet tours, efficiency, planning and on top Mrs. Idfar I was absolutely perfect, we felt very comfortable, everything was done on time. The booking you made for us at Boat House is excellent but the food spread is minimal. At any time, Ms. Idfar is ready to make any changes regarding our stay.
A very special thanks must go to Mr. Allahmulillah who was our driver during the tour for his safe driving and good behavior.
A special note of thanks must go to Idfar for being extremely anxious to please us at all times.
We will definitely recommend Violet Holiday to our friends too.

Recently who had a trip to Kashmir which was organised by violet holidays it was an amazing trip with a budget limit the accommodations and vehicles arranged by them were excellent especially the anarkali houseboat and Riverside Pahalgam thank you for your services I was definite recommend violet holidays

Violet symbolize loyalty and faithfulness. For us "Violet Holidays" was a nightmare who spoiled our hard-earned vacations. It's a honest and genuine review. Hence, I will start with a good part about our overall experience.
We booked 6 days cab ( Innova) for Kashmir trip from 22nd to 29th Oct 2022 through Violet Holidays.
1. Cab quality was good. Decent Innova Crysta was given.
2. Before booking the cab I shared itenerary in excel format with all the details which had details like night stay, sightseeing details, cab pick up time etc. And I took the written confirmation from Aatira who seems to be handling so called customer service.
3. Driver was horrible. I got driver Veer Khan who was not interested to show any places. His policy was just to reach the destination and perk the vechile at the hotel and go home. Every road/ destination was closed for him. He can't go even 1 km extra to show any place for us.
4. I complaint to Aatria, she said we are providing service as per itenerary and that's the best service u can think off.
5. On 27th Oct I again complaint to Aatria and subsequently I got call from Violet Holidays. The guy threat me to handover to police and pay full amount immediately without completing the trip. Complaining about customer service is "rude" for them.
6. Before starting the trip I requested for a good driver at least 50 times ( I have WhatsApp chat proof) and shared my itenerary details. I rigorously followed that iternary during my trip still this harassment I faced.

It's horrible experience for us. I am going to Complaint Kashmir Tourism department & Consumer forum about this travel agency.

The experience with Violet Holidays was awesome, they really have very good staff and all the arrangements were done excellent.

Our Tour of Kashmir was for 6N/7D, perfectly well organised by Violet Holidays. Hotels, Houseboat, Food, Driver everything was very good. Everything was organised perfectly well by Violet Holidays. Miss Aatira and Shariq Sb were very helpful, supportive and took great care of us during entire tour. We visited Srinagar, Sonmarg, Gulmarg, Doodhpathri & Pahalgam in our tour. We also enjoyed Shikara Ride and 1 night stay in Houseboat. Mr Saeed, our driver, a highly qualified person, a very nice, polite and gentleman, guided us in our entire tour.

Thanks a lot Team Voilet Holidays for making our Kashmir Tour a memorable one. Looking forward for a next Kashmir Tour very soon In Shaa Allaah.

It was a very nice holiday trip in Kashmir. We visited Srinagar, Pahalgam, Gulmarg and sonmarg. All were very good as we saw snow fall in Pahalgam and gulmarg. Lots of snow everywhere. We also saw mini switzerland. Kashmir is really a Jannat-a- kashmir like heaven.
All hotels were good except some minor issue of lights failure and wifi issue.
But overall a very good trip and enjoyed all. food was good at all places.

Violet has arranged everything nice so Thanks to Mr. Sharik and his team Sadaf for everything.

he is very good with us , very helpful and polite.I recommend voilet holidays and Mr.Riyaz for trip in J&K.

All arrangements are good. Driver conduct was excellent. Hotels in srinagar was excellent but hotels in pahalgam was not excellent.

I am happy with the agency violet holidays . my agent was Mr Sharik and driver was Mouzim ali , they both treated us very well. they made my trip memorable . they really know how to treat their comstumer . if you are looking for a good agency , I would defenetly suggest violet holidays .

Though there was curfew in Kashmir when we arrived in Pahalgam Hussain bhai put all his efforts to make us enjoy the trip.
Five star rating because of him.

It was truly memorable trip for all of us. Mr sharik Bhatt was cooperative right from the beginning. A trip to be remembered. Thanks violet travel for making this memorable trip

when I was searching for a holiday tour I connected with many tour partners but Initially Sabreen from violet holiday explained everything very well so i had done booking from them. After few days when i asked her that i want to do modification in my trip. They started behaving rudely that you need to pay compensation for hotel cancellation, although everyone knows in MakeMyTrip and booking.com we can get full refund till we check in.
Second is that i have booked presidential suite in house boat. They gave the normal room in third class house boat , there was no proper lighting. I have advised them that I specifically need this suite because I have to celebrate bday for someone special. And Sharik was very rude .

So please make sure you book hotel through MakeMyTrip and booking.com you ll get the best deal and you ll save almost 8-9 k in your tour budget

They are just into booking your package and asking for payment, that's it. I had the worst Kashmir experience and this travel agency didn't care about it. They just left me with a driver who used to take me to places where he had his commissions set and would never advice me the right thing. I was cheated multiple times in those 4 days and the agency or driver were not there to help. When I was complaining about this with the company, he threatened me to stop my check in and not allow me to reach Delhi in any way. They are bad bad people. Never travel with them. They won't take any accountability for their bad service and would infact shout on you in return and threaten you. I was traveling with my mom and they were just taking the advantage of women travelling alone. If you don't want to make your trip a bad experience, please don't travel with them.

Mahreen of Violet Travels created an amazing package for us, two couples. She communicated every little detail and also gave us a well price too for a 4* package.

BUT BUT BUT... we were supposed to leave on 7th, and the place closed on 5th. SO WE DIDN'T TRAVEL.

HOWEVER, AS AND WHEN TOURISM OPENS UP, WE WILL SURELY USE VIOLET TRAVEL DUE TO MAHREEN'S PRE-TRIP SERVICE.
