Even written promises were not fulfilled.AC of car was rarely on.Premere house boat was to be given but third class house boat in remote area was given.Shikara person was mental and inspite of repeated requests he was not changed.He was smoking and exhaling on the face of kids.He pushed our kid and denied to board the Shikara.Representative never contacted us inspite of our repeated requests.

I wanted some changes at the last moment and all my wants were fulfilled even in this pack season.

Malaysian here ✌️Shout out to Uprise Tour and Travel for be part of my 1st time visiting Kashmir. What an amazing experience from the package their been providing to us. They also have a package for honeymoon and also post wedding photoshoot. Newly wed should try on this. you wont regret it. Other then that what i love about them is: 1. Safety on road is insyallah guaranteed because all of the driver drive slow and smooth. 2. Their english spoken very well 3. The tour guide is polite and patient 4. Photography skill is good and what is the best is, this are the most affordable tour package among all of it and 100% not a scam. Believe me. 6 days tour was hactic!

Mehraj was our guide cum driver for 6 days travel in shrinagar and kashmir area. We had a family visit during may23. His service , hospitality was extremely well. Its not about seeing kashmir its about experience. On day 1 i met personal injury and had broken wrist.he and his manager helped a lot ti take to doctor and stayed all night with me. Relation with him has continued till now and will continue
