I have booked Trip for Shimla Manali Through Vandana and she give us commitment for good service but as and when trip started I feel that the service give by her is third class..... First she provide hotel that hotel gives very bad service not given any service which hotel shows... Second thing is she provide driver form Delhi service of that driver is very bad he don't know how to talk with client and respect them.... Third thing is as per itinerary planned by Vandana not covered any place... As per the trip planned we feel that we are coming here to travel in Car not for exploring the place...... I suggest every one not to planned any trip with this Travel Company....
