However, due to heavy snowfall, we had to rest for a day and shift to another hotel, which was of lower quality than expected. The transport arranged by the agency was excellent, and the driver was incredibly supportive and cooperative throughout the trip, which made the journey smoother. For normal situation in kashmir ..this is best travel agency.. specially I m very thankful to NEHA for arranging our trip at very economical rates.. But for any emergency situation like heavy snowfall or road blockage they don't have any backup plan, even they are not prepared for it like chain 4*4car and they are Delhi based company with 1 team at locals.. so there was lack of coordination in there teams during emergency situation.. So my overall opinion for this travel company is that u should book your travel with them.. but must discuss with them regarding there preparation for emergency situation..

Recently, I just booked a trip for Kashmir via Travel Bucket Holidays Travel Agency Accommodation - The accommodation was very good and the service in the hotel was also up to mark. Houseboat - Houseboat Experience was great...The view from the houseboat was extremely beautiful......We felt that we were at home. It was very comfortable stay. Transport - Transport they provided was very good. Even though they upgraded my vehicle, but sometimes the driver tried to become oversmart and misguided us to spend more money. Meals - Meals provided in the hotel and Houseboat were also good and they managed the food and timing according to our requirements. And Last but not the Least Ms Neha from Travel Bucket Holidays taken care for everything and took a follow-up every time...She helped and guided us properly.....Very Much Appreciated for Quality Services...!!!!
