Starting with the drivers and the vehicle were excellent. The company is very helpful at each stage with very good communication skills. The accommodation was booked as per our suggestion and everything was great.
The only one thing we didn't approve was that the driver as a local guide for Mahabeleshwar was not upto the mark.

Traveller and Lonavala hotel were bad. Mumbai and Mahabaleshwar hotels were good

The traveller was not good and different from the video/image shown before booking.
Hotel in lonavala was very very bad. Amenities, behaviour of hotel staff and cleaning, all were very bad.
There was no guide. Traveller driver was not skilled and unknown to the destinations. Each time we had to guide him for everything.

It was easy to plan our trip with Sunshine Tour and travel . We went to Goa Package from Delhi and it was customized Package. Travel agent and cab driver was friendly and no issues faces during our trip . Excellent trip and would recommend anyone who wants to go on a trip with a customized package.
