We(total 24 members) have visited shimla - sangla - kalpa kinnaur at the time of last Durga Puja (12th - 19th October 2024) with the total arrangement including fooding lodging and travelling by Tempo Traveller by Laxmi Chauhan of Royal Adventures. We have great experience and enjoyed a lot. Laxmi ji was keeping contact with us in each and every point of our journey. Hotels were so beautiful, foods so delicious and hospitality was so charming.Drivers were also excellent specially Mishra ji.....thanks Mishra ji for giving us a safe journey. Eight child were also with us. ..they also enjoyed so much. Thanks again to Laxmi ji for her kind co-operation and careness.

Dear All,
I will never recommend Royal tour agency to anyone; as they have promised me that Buffet Veg/Non veg both will be served; but the hotel only provide Veg that also only Dal Rice and subzi; we need to request Hotel Manager to provide Non veg on a good note; if we are lucky enough and the Hotel manager are good they listen and tell that sir we usually do not provide non veg; but since you are requesting we can serve Non veg gravy. Tour agency does not share the places travel time; all our points were just next to each other and in Itinerary they say so many points. The hotels allotted are also in the outskirt area far from the main city.
Not at all recommended.

We have booked hotel with Veg & Non veg meal plan, yes on first day you reached so late in Manali Hotel Rigzin Nest so they did’t packed Non veg but from next 02 days they have provided you non veg food also in Shimla you said they didn’t given you non veg food you updated us this after returning home during trip time Laxmi Khurana was calling but you were not attending her calls how could we know that what problems guest are facing, we have shared screen shot with we have booked hotel with veg & Non veg food and during trip time confirmation you didn’t demanded hotels required nearby in city still your hotels were not far in Shimla we have given hotel in Kachi Ghati and in Manali Aleo which aprx 2km from mall road and we have given you same Itinerary which we gave to all others guest from many years.
Sorry for inconvenience if you are not satisfied with our services we didn't take your review negatively we definitely will improve our services.

They didn't share driver details with us and asked someone to call us, 3-4 people talked with us and then they told aapka traveller aa gaya and they asked for 30000 which i have transferred then they told us k hamara banda nahi tha
Family k sath 4 hour petrol pump pe traveller rok diya and daily for 4 days they stopped our traveller and spoiled our tour.
Last day they take us to police station with there transporter and police helped us to get out from this shit.
Police told k isme tourist ka kya dosh he ?
Royal adventure people are worst they have kept humanity onside .
At last we have to suffer and on last day they have took money from us.
Really don't go with royal adventure specially LAXMI ( hojayega sir aap tension na lo)

Amritsar se pick up tha guest ka before sitting in our Cab which is (TEMPO TRAVELER) Mr. Prashant transferred 30,000/- to someone which we don’t know even his sales executive LAXMI our driver transporter was not aware about this, after pickup jaise sb driver krte hai petrol pump jaake he stopped car and asked for amount but guest denied he called LAXMI ki driver paise maang ra hai maine subh already paise de chukka hu subh 30,000/- muje call aaya ki apke tour mai meri gaadi lgi hai or guest ne paise de diye he shared screenshot with us at time 09:03AM & 09:38AM 5000 & 25,000/- guest ne transfer kiye kisi POONAM YADAV ko or ye sb chije hme baad mai btai gyi jb driver ne inse paise maange fuel k liye wa se sb chije start hui arguments with transporter in front of guest cab was stopped there aproxx 01 hour because itna bda fraud hua everyone was shocked cab owner transporter sb conference call pe the or unme se kisi ko bhi ye amount nhi gya, after long conversation no one able to find that person where he transferred the amount hmne driver ko paise 15,000/- transfer kiye and then they started journey to Manali where we booked ASHAPURI VILLAGE for 03 nights & 01 night in ROYAL CASTLE KASOL his trip gone very smooth, but last day transporter ne driver ko pakda because phle unko uspe doubt tha ki guest detail driver k pas hai maybe usne kisi ko number bheja ho it was previously planned that we will ask last day to driver agr first day hi driver ko pkdte may be trip spoil ho skta hai because driver chid jata but after all investigation driver founded innocent, BHUNTAR police station mai hmne report krvai thi and guest ko wa leke jana tha for small help but jb police station jaane ki turn aai guest refused to go police station ki mam muje in sb pachdo mai nhi panda hai mere sath family hai we said apki family ko kuch nhi hoga koi preshani nhi hogi apko bus itna btana hai ki first day kisi number se call ai scanner bheja or 30,000 mange ye bolke ki gadi k paise dalo, but you Mr. Prashant not ready to go police station k mam mai paise deta hua muje nhi jana then I requested you to sir please go for 20 minutes legal action lia hai ek bar aisa hua hai in future bhi ho skata hai apko yhi sb bolna hai jo chije hui hai but police station mai jaake guest said muje ye log preshan kr rhe hai mere sath fraud hua hai mai hi paise dene ko ready hu itna bda fraud hua khud insan backstep kr de to no words for you.
It’s a request if you are well educated never repeat this thing again in future hme to at the end doubt hi rhe gya apke sath such mai fraud hua bhi tha ki nhi apse jb scanner manga apne bola delete ho gya bus apka time waste hua last day police station uske liye sorry but company ne apke sath koi fraud nhi kia hai apne hmse bina puche paise kisi ko bhi transfer kr diye is this our fault apko to company se payment details bhi nhi ai thi koi bhi 100rps ni deta hme inform kiye bina you transferred 30k very easily strange and shocked It’s not our responsibility if any guest will transfer amount to someone without informing us.

We have visited Dharamshala and Dalhousie during the 3rd week of March 2024. It was not a good experience for us. The package was ok, hotels were good enough. Number of times I had to contact Royal Adventures for cab details.
We faced few problems as below.....
1. Eventually they have arranged a cab for us but the driver was from Manali side so not aware of most of the things including routs.
2. The worst experience we had with the cab driver which he was very arrogant and not having a sense How to behave with the customers. Whenever we asked him to visit some place, he was trying to avoid to go to that place even though it has mentioned in the itinerary by telling negative things about that place and starts doing unnecessary arguments.
3. After visiting Khajjiar and Kalatop, we were having 3 hrs so we asking cab driver to take us to Panchpula mentioned in itinerary which is just 3kms away from Dalhousie but still he declined our request saying it will take lot of time and cab will not go to Panchpula. The information we got from Localites that it actually takes only 1.5 hrs to visit Panchpula from Kalatop. Thus he tried to miss guide us.
4. He was frequently asking for his remaining money (50% we already on 1st day itself) during our journey for drop to Pathankot which was very annoying for us.
I think Royal Adventures needs to take care of this and provide good cab facility with local driver.

We booked 4 nights 5 day trip to Shimla and Manali.We had a wonderful experience Prior to the trip, I made so many enquiries with Ms.Shikha regarding itinerary, weather, etc. Shikha was always very courteous and patiently answered all my queries. Hotels at both Shimla and Manali were excellent both in terms of rooms and food. Thank you so much Shikha.
However, I have a suggestion. The package cost includes trip to solang valley by cab. Shikha also made it clear prior to booking that in case of bad weather if the cab can't go, then we have to take 4x4 for which charges would be extra. On the day of our travel to solang valley on 24.2.2024, cabs were not allowed and we had to take 4x4 for which I paid 4.5k extra. In such cases, Royal Adventure Tours may consider charging the differential amount I.e. difference between our cab charges and 4x4 charges since we have already amount for car. Having car at our disposal is useless as we can't use it even after paying the amount in full. 3 years also we went to kashmir thru SOTC and faced a similar situation while going to Gulmarg and we had to engaged a 4x4. But SOTC didn't charge anything extra because of their commitment that they charged the amount for the trip. This is something you can also adopt to ensure hassle-free trip for the tourists.
The driver was also very reluctant to take us to hadimba temple on 25.2.2024 citing overnight snowfall. We went on our own taking an auto and we saw all the cars going to hadimba temple that time. Please remember that we tourists travel from far off places on a tight time schedule and it is not possible to communicate with you all the time to talk about these issues as that would waste our precious time.
Except for the above, I am thoroughly satisfied with the arrangements made by the company. Special thanks to Shikha once again

Avoid choosing this travel agency as it has been an awful experience. The driver harassed us, demanded additional money, and even threatened us on the road, forcing us to leave the traveler's car. Despite our fear, no action was taken. The driver picked us up at noon, insisted on a 6 pm return, and we couldn't complete our itinerary. Overall, it was an unsettling and unsafe situation. I strongly advise against using their services.

I must say we should not refund your 2000 which you paid for overnight your friend is saying 3500/- please update her 2000 pay hi kiye the apne 1500 company ne kia insanity dikha k wo bhi waps kiye hai apko bhi or 1500 company ko bhi please update her who also reviewed on our page.

As you mentioned driver took 3500/- as you know on 23 Jan you’re your pickup timing was 7:00 o’clock in morning but you guys reached Delhi in 3:00 o’clock then Prateek said we were late and forget to update you and driver and then your started overnight journey and reached in Manali in Next morning 7:00 o’clock so driver asked for 3500 amount for overnight journey and after all discussion with transporter when you guys informed us that driver behavior is not good he used bad language we changed your driver and transporter returned your 3500 amount to Prateek who managed your trip even we have screenshot next day you guys were not ready to pay extra amount for Atal & Koksar after returning your amount you are putting reviews at least show some humanity, for driver behavior we apologized that time but for amount you are lying here it not mattered to my company we know how to earn money and and how to behave with guest.

The trip initially started from the planning did by our planner Ms. Shikha Mehta. She beforehandedly planned everything and did a great job in her work. She was always up for helping us any time of the day and kept a note of everything she had to, to make this trip a comfortable one for us.The car they provided us and our driver Mr. Pankaj Sharma was extremely helpful and coordinating. His driving throughout the hilly mountainous regions was overwhelming.
The hotels they provided us were extremely ravishing and had a beautiful view of all the snow caped mountains which made our stay there much more pleasing. The breakfast and food the hotels provided was tasty and the best service was provided. Help was always a call away and that was the best thing. Cleanliness and hygiene was taken good care of. Hotel Nature Villa at Shimla had the most amazing balcony view of Shimla. Hotel Pause Manali gave us great service even when we reached there late at night. Hotel Pine Valley Dharmshala was as good as a royal mansion and tbh their Gulab Jamuns were gems✨️. Hotel Dalhousie Hills was also cooperative and provided us the best service they could.
Since the start to the end we had nothing to worry about and that's how our trip went smoothly.
I'd like to recommend such a nice tour planning to everyone willing to travel Himachal and would also rate our service providers 5 out of 5 stars for their overall service. Keep it up guys.

We as a couple visited Himachal for a 6 day tour in May 2023. Searched net and after few quotations we zeroed in on RA tours. As we chose some off the beaten track places in Jibhi and Tirthan before going to Manali, we didn’t really know how to pace first 3 days before Manali. The Travel specialist Sikha Mehta was very kind and patient with us to book an itinerary to our satisfaction. Though I was planning to drive from Chandigarh, It’s Sikha’s sincerity to listen and understand our requirements that really made us book the tour with Royal Adventure.
The choice of hotels were very good and exceeded expectations within our budget. Sikha along with Ms Pooja tried to keep in touch frequently during our tour for any assistance. Our sincere thanks to Sikha, Pooja and Rohita for your personal attention.
The car they provided was a Honda Amaze which was great in normal roads. However, unfortunately, during our stay the road repair works were ongoing and we needed to take bypass kachha roads which is a challenge for smaller ground clearance of Honda. The driver Sanjay though did a good job of driving carefully in the difficult bypass terrain. Suggest to take a better ground clearance car to avoid road closures in off beat tracks.
The only suggestion is that RA travels must give optional prices for the sites those are not covered in their itinerary ( either due to time duration or budget constraint) which may help people to pick and choose and decide their budget as well as duration before hand.
The choice of hotels were at very scenic places, lots of warmth with their executives, Rohita ma’am’s assurance to help in case of any difficulties etc really made our trip memorable.
I would recommend Royal Adventure Tours without any hesitation.

A tour of Himachal Pradesh –
Service of Himalayan Heights by Royal Adventure Tours, (RAT), Shimla
Myself, my wife Veena, my friend Sanjay Shinde and his wife Padmaja (all 4 senior Citizens) wanted a Customized Tour of Himachal Pradesh in the last month. I made enquiries on Google and got the name of Royal Adventure Tours, Shimla. Ms Shweta was quite prompt to send an initial proposal and with some minor changes we finalized a plan of 8 Nights in Himachal Pradesh with her Senior Manager Ms Manju Thakur.
Since we all are senior Citizens, we decided to fly to Chandigarh from Mumbai and booked our return tickets on Indigo Airlines. We had booked a Etios Sedan Car for our Travel in Himachal Pradesh from HAT and preferred our Hotels in Deluxe Category. The costs quoted by RAT were quite economical. Naturally we did not expect the of very high standards. But we got a pleasant surprise by all the hotels. We stayed at Chandigarh 1 Night, Shimla 2 Nights, Manali 2 Nights, Dharmshala 1 Night and Dalhousie 2 Nights. Every hotel was Clean, Hygienic, offered courteous service, served excellent Vegetarian Food for Breakfast and Dinner.
The flight reached Chandigarh on 24th February 2023 at 1155 hrs and Mr Rajesh (the Car Driver) was ready to welcome us on the Airport. From that Day Rajesh was at our service till 4th March on which day, he dropped us at Chandigarh Airport for our return flight to Mumbai. A very Polite and Gentle person, Rajesh is an Excellent Driver. He proved his skill on Hair Pin bends of the Himalayas. We explained our sightseeing plans to him and he advised us the Departure times every day based on his experience. Every Morning he used to be ready before the decided time. On the last day we departed Dalhousie early morning at 4 Am and reached Chandigarh Airport at 1330, covering more than 320 Kms which was not an easy task.
We used to get at least two calls per day from Ms Pooja, the tour coordinator who was ready to solve any problem (we never had any) during the tour. When I was bit unhappy about the location of the room at Dalhousie, she immediately changed the room after discussion with the hotel Management.
Ms Manju was the person who had organized the overall tour with her expertise and deep knowledge of the industry she is working in.
I would recommend RAT as the ultimate Travel Agency to everybody who wants to visit Himachal Pradesh. I have myself decided to take further services from RAT for my other destinations wherever they serve.
Overall, we are more than happy with the services of RAT and would say ‘Hats Off to RAT’

Sept 19 to 24 ka tour plan tha hamara and it was just excellent. Hum Royal Adventure Tour se Laxmi chauhan k through package liya tha... She is really ❤. Bohut accha trip gaya hamare... Laxmi ji ne bohut hi accha guide ki hain... Aise ki rat ki 11 pm ko jab maine call kiya tha tabhi vi call recive karke problem solve karne ki koushis ki hain... And unke seniours vi call karke problem sort out kiye thaaa.. Sabse accha baat yeh tha k hum rothang pass jaye k nehi yeh confushioun thaa to hamne Laxmi ko call kiye to unhone bola k abhi snow nehi hai... Ladakhn k pas gir raha hain snow...par hamne locals k baat sunke chale gaye snow k hope main par sach main waha koi snow nehi thaa.... Laxmi Chauhan ne har roz call karke trip k bare main pucha, and hum a jo car driver provide ki thi Manu ji woh bohut e acche person hain... Friendly behaviour.. And hotel jo shimla main tha vai saab(Royal Regency).. Really amazing but Manali ka hotel accha tha but last day dinner thik mila hi nehi...bohut bura tha woh last day... We booked our package with Royal Adventure Tours we had a very good experience with them from first day to last day.
Everything perfectly organised by Royal team the staff is very helpful & very quick responsive.
Rohita was our trip organiser who do have a very good knowledge about chardham tour everything was briefly explained from Delhi-Kedarnath-Badrinath-Haridwar-Rishikesh-Jim corbett-Delhi.
I must say it was my best trip we enjoyed every moment we were group of 16 members on this trip everyone was satisfied. I would recommend Royal Adventure to all my friends & family and surely we are planning next trip soon.

As we discussed on call you also agreed that food taste is not same for everyone, we only arranged buffet during season time we only get your complaint that time taste is not in your hand mam, as you mentioned very bad experience during trip time you didn't not complaint about driver or about Shimla Hotel we agreed if you didn't like food in Pause Hotel we definitely will work on our faults but don't mention your experience was bad rest your trip was overall good.
Your review didn’t affect us negatively but helped us to improve further.

Very pathetic behavior of tour operator, driver and whole tour team. They stopped our trip for the payment. Didn't provide us proper food, stay and driver. Promised us to give best services but not even took us to Kasol and took all our money in advance. Please do not go with this tour agency ever.

Yes we stopped cab because you have our balance amount 8000 which you guys were not interested to paid we have covered all your sightseeing and yes how can we took you to Kasol you guys cancelled booking on spot It was all the matter you don't want to pay for that you are well known no one accept cancellation on spot, advance was all for your booking madam even we returned 8000 to you and company paid amount by own at Kasol camp, We are sitting here to give best services to our valuable guest we are not sitting here to listen abusive words which you used during trip time just because you don't want to pay our money we have all proofs and your recordings of that time.

AS WE HAVE GIVEN HOTEL WILD ROSE AS PER THE BOOKING DETAILS IN MANALI & IN SHIMLA WE HAVE BOOKED HOTEL SURYA. AND YOU SAID THAT “ WE ARE JUST CAME HERE FOR ROAMING AND YOU SAID THAT YOU DON'T WANT ANY HOTEL SERVICES”. IN THE END YOU DEMANDED FROM THR THAT YOU WANT TO GO MANALI MALL ROAD 02 TIMES, BUT AFTER CONVERSION WITH DRIVER HE SAID THAT HE HAS TAKEN 04 TIMES TO MANALI MALL ROAD WITH OUT PAYING ANY CHARGES & WE HAD PAID EXTRA 1000/- FOR THAT. EVEN AFTER TAKING ALL THE SERVICES IN FREE OF COST NOW YOUR ARE ADDING THIS TIME OF REVIEW HERE.
YOU GUYS WILL TAKE THE TOUR FROM THE COMPANY & JUST BECOZ OF YOU PEOLPLE OTHER PEOPLE WIL LOOSE THE TRUST..

In simple words I can just say wow. Same experience just like before I said Ms. Pragati mehta fulfilled us all the details which was giving in itinerary. With good hotel /food/sightseeing along with best driver Mr. Sandeep mehra who was having good driving skills and was not pressurising for time like need to go early to hotel etc. all thanks to royal adventure team.
Hope soon you will extend your boundaries to all other states.
