I recently traveled with Purewave tours and travels to Kashmir last week and we had an ok experience! The initial planning was good, they had basic knowledge about tourist places and the itinerary was basic. They were not supportive enough to modify stay as the weather was sub zero -5 n below and also there was a health concern in our team, but they did not agree to cancel the houseboat in spite of repeated requests. Finally as expected the houseboat was pathetic without proper heating facilities, food and we suffered in the cold conditions. They might be a better choice during summers, but during peak winter i expected a tour operator to be flexible in plans and more customer supportive. Even our group size was reduced to 3 from initial booking for 4, but no changes or reduction in price was done. They are one of the trusted tourist agencies, If you book with this tour operator don't expect any changes or customer support.
