We booked Egypt package from Probesten Tours. We explored Cairo , Sharm , Hurghada, and the experience was fantastic. The best thing is we can customise our quotes and book as per our requirements and budget. There representative and Operation team and ground team is always there to help you out about the itinerary. Because of this we can plan a trip according to our budget which is the best thing. I have recommended PBT (Probesten Tours ) to many of friend and will continue to recommend in future as well.

We recently booked a trip through Pro Besten tours and we appreciate the effort put into organizing our itinerary. The seamless booking process and well-planned activities made our journey enjoyable. The accommodations were comfortable and the private guided tours were good. However, we did encounter some challenges - one of the hotel bookings was not as expected and we had to book the other on the spot. We believe better coordination in this area could have made our trip even more enjoyable. Sakshi and Sonam were in touch with us. That being said, we still had a wonderful experience and value your services.

Our trip to South Africa was organised by Besten Tours and initially we were a bit nervous about how the tour arrangements will be made since it was not the popular choice of most Indian tourists and other tour operators avoid South Africa or quote exorbitant rates. Though only 3 of us took the tour, Mr Manoj quoted an extremely competitive and value for money rate and did an awesome job, ensuring that each and every aspect of our trip, from getting the visa, booking the flights and hotels, arranging our transportation, getting the entry tickets and making sure we did not in any way experience the slightest hitch in his near perfect arrangements. He personally called us every day and enquired whether everything was proceeding according to our satisfaction and to inform him if we had any issue. The high quality of service provided by him and his team, his sincere follow up at every stage from our departure till safe return and the level of commitment and care shown by him was fantastic. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and had an awesome trip without the slightest hitch or problem and we are very happy to tick South Africa off our bucket list.
