Our family have just come back from Australia tour organised by Besten tours. We covered 4 places in Australia during 2 weeks tour. The planning, execution of itinerary was superb. We recently completed a customized trip made by Besten travels for South Africa and returned home with a lifetime of excellent memories. The whole process from beginning of planning to finish was managed very efficiently by Mr.Manoj Kumar and his team. Choice of locations and hotels was excellent. Travel and transfers were perfect. Slection of transfer partners was very carefully handled. Mr.Manoj was continuously in touch with us over phone and checking about our welfare all through as well as advising us on local trips, precautions and advising us on eating places wherever meals were not covered. We had a enjoyable and memorable trip and very thankful to Besten team for their professionalism, kindness and generosity.
