Overall good experience but one of the hotel was not good and they not changed and we have to forgo the amount paid for the same and got book new at extra price

The coordinator was good and it was an organized trip, but concession for tickets need to be regularised.

Your staff not not connecting customers. Not help any problem. So average work with customers

The tour was excellent however, the reason for 4 star is because of the coordination issue faced initially with the team at Lookmyticket where multiple people with whom I was coordinating left the company & there was no proper follow up. That being said, Barun Sharma did sort out all the issue & helped me provide all the required info on time.

Dont Look beyond Lookmyticket.com

I am a seasoned traveler and visiting places is my passion. I have been travelling with India's most popular travel agents. Recently, I was introduced to Lookmyticket .com to visit Dubai on a pleasure trip.

The first call I received from Lookmyticket.com was from one of their young and new travel adviser Ms Harman Preet who was very patient enough to prepare the itinerary and quote a reasonable price. I was impressed but ignored because I was apprehensive of travelling with the new travel agency because I was in touch with the other leading agencies.

But Harman Preet was constantly in touch with me and made me to speak to her senior Mr. Dharmender Singh who also impressed upon me to try them once. Ultimately, they prevailed upon me to change my loyalties and I decided to travel with Lookmyticket.

Now, I am back from my trip from Dubai without any regrets and with full of happiness. The hotel Pal Beach Hotel is good and centrally located in Bur Dubai with all facilities and sumptuous breakfast.

Their local contact in Dubai Mr.Santosh was in constant touch with me and every thing perfectly went well as per the itinerary. The pick and drop to all the sight seeing places, air port was perfect and on time and we have not faced any problem. It was smooth sailing in Dubai as their local contact took care of covering all the sight seeing places in and out, day and night.

Last but not the least, I want to thank Ms Harman Preet and Mr. Dharmender Singh for arranging our trip to Dubai. I highly appreciate their patience, keeping in touch their clients and look forward to travel in future to other parts of the world.

Keep it up Harman. We wish you bright career in the travelling industry. Once again Thanks a Ton.

Poor planning & execution, choice of hotels was poor and very bad locations, all promised water sports could not happen, overall very sad with the service delivery
