Lone Tour And Travels

I booked from Lone Tours and Travels and the experience was Mesmerizing. From arrival till our drop driver was so helpful and good he was just like our family members during our trip. Hotel selection was upto the mark and their tour operators were calm, polite and so helpful available for us all time. We talked with Ms Ibrah and we are very glad as our trip was really memorable.

We had a wonderful trip in Kashmir, visit all the above places with the help of driver Javed, car was always clean, services was very good, we had a amazing time with him, we feel like a family, i highly recommended him for all trip.

Pathetic experience. Very poor choice of hotels ( although they committed to provide 3 star hotels) . Very much unprofessional attitude ( didn't picked up phone multiple times, not even calls from driver). From the very beginning they first provide us an itinerary of comparatively lower cost but while final booking they charged 36k extra for the same itinerary. They literally didn't provide food at night in House boat, which was complimentary. Overall it was a disastrous decision to choose this travel agency.

This was my first time traveling with Lone tours & travels and our travel co-ordinator Miss. Rosheen Jahaan i want to thank them for giving me and my family the time of our lives in Kashmir. it has truly made a special place our hearts I would for sure recommend Lone tours & travels to anybody looking forward to travel to kashmir.

It was a wonderful experience for us. All your arrangements were up to the mark.
The transportation arrangements were excellent.

The driver (AjAAZ) just was very cooperative, polite and friendly. His driving skills were excellent and safe. In addition he was well travelled and well informed. We Enjoyed his company.

At the time of booking they will agree to all of your needs and requirements related to the trip and once you pay them after that they will just deny to cater to those demands that you made earlier...i booked for the super deluxe rooms with the mountain or river view but what i got was a room racing the construction area. When i told the same to them then they started arguing...Also payment terms that we agreed upon that also changed when we reached srinagar. They asked for the entire amount at one go
Don't ever book from this company if you want to enjoy your trip to kashmir
