Thank you, BackpackClan, for arranging my Kerala trip! I had a wonderful experience visiting Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey, and Kovalam. The driver was courteous and helpful, and the hotels were neat and clean. A special mention for the Eco houseboat experience, the food was absolutely delicious! I truly enjoyed every meal on boat. Overall, it was a well-organized and memorable trip. Looking forward to more travels with BackpackClan!

Recently went for an amazing bike trip in Bhutan organized by backpackclan really well. All the bikes were in top notch conditions with no issues for any rider and accommodations were very comfortable. The Captain Purna led us through the journey, and had a lot of knowledge about Bhutan. Special thanks to Rishabh Chaudhary, for the trip and Sanjay bhaiya too! Look forward to travelling with BPC again.

Well Organized. Everything was smooth and peaceful. Bikes were very good. Out of 5 / 3 Hotels were very good. Great services, amenities and food. A couple of Hotels were not upto the mark. I would request you to check for a better stay option at Thimphu. Peaceful Resort was not great and located far away from city. Overall great experience. One more suggestion to anyone reading, I booked it via Thrilophilia - but they had charged me way higher than what BackPackClan are charging. Better book directly with BackPackClan.

#backpackclen is worst agency I have seen in my 12 years traveling life I had booked my chadar trek ladakh for 2025 Jan They didn't tell that they don't have any confirmation about trek as Ladakh gov has not given permission for trek cause of ongoing construction and even if trek happen it will be only half 30km trek will be but hey have mentioned 60km in their itinerary and with 9 days payment I have talked with MiSs Neha and she said they will not refund but they will give Cradit not This is for people who wants to book with them and same has happened in 2022. I had booked my first trip with them in 2022 for chadar trek Ladakh and paid 1k advance and they canceled 15 days before and they have not refund my money till today I'll sue the organisation for malpractice and fraud and write a complain to tourism dept also For their harassing and looting money Here’s the detail for both payment
