Very Poor service by the agent JONJES HOLIDAYS. Deserves ZERO (NON) STAR. Please do not blindly believe on positive reviews, they have restricted negative reviews. We cannot write negative reviews. SUCH an unprofessional business ethics.They themselves write positive reviews. I have personally experienced their (no) service and spoiled my entire trip after spending almost 0.7 lak. Even if I save a single customer, I'm happy.

We booked 7D/6N trip and we were accompanied by Mr.Arun. He did a fabulous job to cover all the places and explained us things in the language that we were comfortable. These guys are amazing. We booked a 3N4D package which covered Kochi, Allepey and Munnar. Our tour guide and driver Mr. Shinoj is prompt and well experienced and he understood our choice of activities and accommodated us exceptionally well, the sightseeing, food places and shopping activities suggested by him were what we were looking for. Ms. Anne planned the trip at a very short notice and provided us the best package which was worth every penny. We are very satisfied with our first visit to Kerala and would definitely recommend Jonjes Holidays for your visit to Kerala.

It's a 5 day trip and every single day was spent beautifully. Our trip was flawless and awesome.Mr Jomsan, the driver is amazing and so polite to guide every thing during the whole trip. Kerala is beautiful so the people of Kerela.Its really a very Pleasant Experience.

The experience was excellent....while Booking we had many queries about itenary and hotels. Annie from Jonjes helped us making our 5 days tour memorable. All the properties were excellent and Houseboat as well.. I need specially mention Mr. Biju ji our tour partner who was a genuine good also he made sure we always have a comfortable ride and stay. About food ..we are pure veg and never felt that we are compromising on food....thank you JonJes holidays for such a memorable Kerala trip arrangment .
