Samriti mam guided us with a clear itenary and her support was very commendable. She was very friendly. Cab driver was very professional and highly skilled, he took us to all places at the right time. Hotel snow plaza was very neat and stay was comfortable. Hote staff were very polite. Food was delicious. They even prepared any additional menu we ordered and served us happily. The trip was very memorable. We had a good time. There were no hassles throughout the trip. The arrangements were proper. I highly recommend happy trip destination for any future travel needs to all. I even already recommended this agency to my friends and they have planned their travel through them.

Trip Details : Manali Trip 13th May to 16th May 2024 No of Members: 7 (4 Adults & 3 kids) Package : 3 Days Pricing : Good Pick Up from Chandigarh airport. Pros: We were well informed in advance about Stay details in Manali & also about the driver detail who will pick us from the airport. Our Itinerary was very simple, it was well planned by my Spouse & Tour Organizer Ms. Samriti. Each day we had ample time for the places we planned in itinerary & timely return to our Hotel to get good rest. Ms. Samriti our Tour organizer supported us well before & during the trip, they were in constant touch during our trip. Pros: The trip was organized very well, Driver is knowledgeable of all the places we visited. Hotel stay very clean & tidy. Follow up from the Tour organizer was very good. Based on our recommendation one of my friend & family booked trip with Happy trip Destination, Hope he has the same level of satisfaction as ours Cons: Hotel was remote, if you want any items as emergency, it might be difficult, it would be better be prepared for all the essential items with us. Breakfast & dinner during one of the stay was not up to the mark, food was burnt & one day it is not sufficient. Overall Opinion: Tour Organizer Ms. Samriti: 5 star Happy Trip Destination: 4 Star (1star removed for the Hotel location & food issue) Overall Satisfaction: 4.5 Star

This Tour was amazing in my life. Thanks to *Happy Trip Destination* tours and Tour Guide miss Sweety.There was not a single day without follow up. Sweety mam followed up every day to check whether everything was going fine. From the hotel rooms to the driver, everything was excellent. The best part is their tour doesn't end when the driver drops you back at the airport, but ends when you reach home safely. Excellent tour. I would like to tell that you must try with *Happy Trip Destination*
