Myself and my wife Pushpa have traveled to Kashmir through GR travels. Our experience with GR travel has been outstanding. The tour coordinator Miss. Afreen, tour manager,has been calling us from theday we arrived until we departed from Kashmir. She has been loyal, committed, helpful and service oriented. All the while she has been monitoring our safety like a guardian to the children. We will never forget our sweet experience with GR Travel. It was a memorable trip of Kashmir me and my wife had from August 13th to 18th .
Ms Mehnaz from GR travels took details of all our requirements and took care to include them all and gave a perfectly crafted trip program and quote .

Ms Afreen of G.R.team who our tour manager took best care to see thatthe best pissible cozy hotels were booked and we were comfortable at all places .
She selected rooms of our choice and organised all that we required with utmost care .They provided us a good car to travel and the driver was smart and courtious .Ms Afreen made sure several times during the trip that our trip was going fine and gave instructions to hotels etc about our needs .

I would say the G.R team of Ms Mehnaj and Ms Afreen who were incharge of our travel trip did a great job and we would recommend to all our friends to use their services as they provide more value for money than others .

The hotels they have booked were good but not happy with the transportation. For first 2 day they sent a Tata indica which was in a worst condition and broke down when we were returning from pahalgam. We were in car for 6 hours and whole day we wasted our time inside the car and didn’t do any sight seeing. The cab drivers will get commission for everything. They will take us to their known shop fir shopping. Very disappointed with the transportation.

I had booked kashmir tour with GR travels and the arrangement from airport to hotels was fantastic.evrything is perfectly arranged and looking forward to more trips ahead!!

Entire 5 days have been well organized , no hazzle, excellent driver, good accommodation, safe trip. Talish also good in co ordinating with us to make sure everything is proper.

We planned our trip with the help of GR travel at Himachal & Amritsar. Mr Talish from GR travels made our trip extremely amazing he planned everything right from the airport pick up (Driver, hotel, food) everything was nicely arranged.

Special Thanks to Talish he is good coordinator and Trip advisor.

I am very much happy with GR travel services and I am going to recommend my friends and family for there trip.

Transportation arrangements was good.
Room stay and the food provided in the hotel is good.

GR Travels have arranged the completed setup of our visit to Manali.Good coordination and service provided by Mr. Taalish from GR Travels. But there is still a possibility of improvement in the part of vehicle, driver and hotel.

Nice arrangements done by GR travels. Hotels dinning was excellent. House boat sikara ride was also superb but tempo traveller driver was not coprative. He create problems during tour. He did not stopped the vehicle anywhere in route.Stopped only on his place. Food at hotel Anurag katra was of poor quality and stale.

Had a wonderful trip to Jammu & Kashmir with Gr Travels. The supporting staff (especially Ms. Jasmine who was dealing with us)were a truly professional lot. My queries were promptly answered, suggestions heeded and requests kept. Planning of the itinerary was perfect and as per my wishes. Hotels provided were alright, food was tasty, hot and hygienically served. Cars were new and in excellent conditions. drivers doubled up as guides and were courteous.
My reservations about J & K prior to my arrival were proved to be totally unfounded. I never felt that I was away from home.
I strongly recommend G R Travels to be the travel partner to one and everyone planning a trip to J & K. I will definitely choose G R Travels in case I plan another trip in the future.

The trip was well plan by trip advisor but some hotel is out mall road but over all trip is very nice
Most important Mrs vijay was my cab driver and he was very peacefull and very nice person in the trip .......so will give form 10 out of 8 ....

You arranging tour with different party tour will not good

It was very delightful nice and peaceful stay in Kashmir. Kashmir is very beautiful place it's truly a paradise. GR travel people are very friendly and helpful. Our coordinator Tanzilla planned and guided our trip very nicely. Thank you GR Travel.

We got in touch with GR Travels through TripCrafters for our trip to kashmir. The trip was very well organized, we had our own vehicle to go around in, with a driver. All the stays that were booked were very comfortable. Special thanks to Ishfaaq Sir, who was our driver. He was very friendly and made us feel at home.
Two things which I felt could have been better during our trip -
1. In Gulmarg the Gondola ride was closed when we were there due to which ended up spending A LOT on the bikes to take us to the top. I felt that GR Travels should have informed us prior to the trip so that we could have considered rescheduling our trip to a date when Gondola rides would be available, and thereby save a lot of money.
2. I was looking to find some unique handicrafts to get home, but didn't find any. Maybe the shopping experience can be improved a bit. We were kind of short on time too, but a better shopping tour can be arranged by knowing the tourist's requirements before-hand.

All-in-all the Kashmir trip went much smoother than we hoped for, and it was a very relaxing one without us having to worry about any arrangements. Thanks to GR Travels for arranging a smooth trip for us, and we'll definitely recommend to any of our friends travelling to Kashmir.

It was well planned and arranged, support from GR team was available during the entire trip, They tried to see the things were OK. Hotels were as per the Deluxe package and as committed , Sight seeing was arranged by GR travels, However it depends up on the speed and activeness of individual, to cover all the sight seeing points.Cab driver was well behaved and mature. Entire trip was enjoyable and the trip price were reasonably OK.

total package rates are very reasonable as compare to the services provided .
we are 4 persons enjoyed a lot and it is wonderful experience.

It's a very bad experience from this travel I can only write please before you book any trip with this company don't make a payment before the trip otherwise you are definitely going to be in problem. We had a horrible experience
