We recently took a trip with The Epic Vibes to Gangtok(2N), Pelling (1N) and Darjeeling (2N) and it was an experience worth sharing! Here's a breakdown of our journey: 1. Planning & Booking Process From the start, Raja was very helpful responsive and provided clear options. He helped us customize our trip by suggesting options for our 5 day trip. We felt informed, cared for, throughout the planning phase. 2. Accommodations & Transport The accommodations provided were decent, however, the team can work on providing better properties especially for families. Being a frequent traveller, we opted for 3 star properties, however, they were not upto the 3 star standard. The transportation arrangements were good as far as the quality and punctuality are considered. We appreciated that it was comfortable, timely and suited to our needs. 3. Guides and Itinerary Our itinerary was well-planned and it was easy to follow, had ample time at each location. 5. Overall Experience Overall, our experience with The Epic Vibes was exciting and well-organized. We would highly recommend them to others for an unforgettable tour. Final Thoughts: The Epi Vibes provided us with an unforgettable, wonderful and a satisfying experience. We would like to thank them for the prompt and quality service they provided.
