What's Good: All things are managed quite good.
What's Not Good: The clear communication about few things is not provided.
In Malaysia, there were 2 attraction to be visited in a day namely Batu caves and Genting Highland.
For Batu caves, there is temple on the top, so we want to go there. But they allowed only 20 min photoshoot at ground. This was not communicated during package itinerary. They simple mentioned Batu caves so everyone thought all are included.
For Genting Highland, the theme park tickets are not included, and they have not mentioned that in itinerary. Again misunderstanding happened.
It's not about the ticket inclusion, but they should have informed us before hand on this.
We would have taken call, we want to visit the places are not if things are not there.
