Well organised except for a little hiccup ion our first day in Bangkok.

It's my second time for travel in our country India with Bhagyashree Holiday n the experience was too good.Overall arrangements of hotel specially in Jaiselmer (Rang Mahal hotel) was so beautiful n pleasant stay in all other hotels. Driver was cooperative for sight seens n by nature....! Thanks ujwalla Pawar for arranging nice family tour...!

The service was good except the accommodations arranged were too small for a family of 3 to accommodate in it.

This was our first trip with Bhagyashree Holidays.. It was a wonderful experience.. all the planning was perfectly done.. Especially the stay at Aranyaka Resorts was so peaceful with beautiful scenic view.. And our trip guide Mr. Rajendran was very helpful throughout the tour.

Hotel accommodation was good. Hotel staff was very helpful n kind.
Other than that nothing was good; Especially provided person as guide cum driver who was always lack of knowledge in information about listed n shared list of view points. Places to visit missed n not well managed to cover it again due to driver miscommunication infact lack of communication with local team & people around too. Provided person was just pretend to be very cooperative n understanding by nature but was not at all listing to us nor to g-map nor to tour planner also. he is highly unprofessional. Taken maximum u-turns from same route like Marys goes around. Our Tour Planner was trying to help us to make our tour happy but it was total waste due to available source with us.
Food was very nice on houseboat but staff was not at all supporting expect few.
Many things taken as granted before planning and providing to us by tour planner too without discussing that with us for eg choice of houseboat, convenient of us before start road journey (post travel of 24 hrs train travel), periyaar sanctuary decision, hot air balloon ride etc.

Superb cooperation and guidance. Guided very well for the trip

HOTEL Parc Sovereign Hotel- albert st WAS VERY GOOD & WAS NEAR TO LITTLE INDIA WHERE INDIAN HOTELS / FOOD IS EAISLY AVAILABLE & ALSO IN GOOD QUALITY .
ALL TRANSFERS AS PER SCHEDULE & PRIVETE TRANSFER GIVEN TO AIRPORT .( SIC WAS GIVEN AS PER PACKAGES ) .
WE NEVER FILL THAT WE ARE SO FAR AWAY FROM INDIA & ITS CREDIT GOES TO BHGAYSAHRI HOLIDAYS, THANE & ITS TEAM .

The overall trip was good but too hectic for senior citizens with us. The hotels were good, food was average as budget. The drivers were very punctual.
The agent was continous in touch with us. I had lost my bag in the coach with currency and passport, but they helped us to get it back. The coach driver of KL was very honest man to return the bag. Trip was short so not much time to shop. I would definitely make another trip with bhagyashree holidays. Bikram was too supportive.

Over all experience is good and good management experience in.

The team especially Mr Rahul was very helpful and understanding. made oue trip to Singapore and Thailand super awesome. Throughout the trip nothing was unplanned. Perfectly planned.

Pre-travel experience with Bhagyashri Travels (Vikram) was as good as the tour itself. We were pretty late in planning our Christmas Vacation and luckily we found Vikram who not only ensured that the trip is well planned covering all possible attractions within the limited time frame but also was economical.
We were encouraged and we ourselves encouraged an action packed (hectic) tour plan. Vikram has always been available and was able to be reached multiple times to get to the minute planning detail. We are a couple and 2 enthusiastic kids who had expectations on the high and must say that we came back with a fulfilling time.
All the arrangements especially the private transfers were delivered each time as per expectations with the local agents being considerate too. We were recommended private transfers to ease up the hectic schedule and were charged reasonably for the differential.
Indigo Airlines, though was a let down with late night stop overs at Chennai and Delhi on return without meals, but I guess there were less options at the late hour.
SIngapore 2.5 days, Cruise from Malaysia 3 nights with fabulous stopovers at Phuket and Langkawi, Malaysia and Genting Highlands in 2 days.
Sing/ multiple entry Malasian, thai Visas were arranged on time.
At Sing, we covered Garden by the bay / City free and easy - Day 1, Jurong Bird Park (highly recommended), Sentosa - Day 2, Universal Studio and night safari -Day3
Cosmo Hotel at KL was very good with great breakfast. Delicious dinner at KL was also arranged. For vegetarians Cruise has less options. We found Vikram as being very transparent and fair in charges and also was generous only optional differentials were being reasonably charged. Overall experience 5 star and will be memorable for a long time to come.

We are very grateful to Bhagyashree for givig us an excellent experience of well organized 5 days Singapore tour for me and my wife. All the arrangements of accommodation, transportation, breakfast, site seeing, dinner were organised with perfection. We have beautiful memories of Singapore in our mind. We where 6 who booked trip for Singapore from bagh yashvant holidays it was an excellent tour, the arrangements were really appreciatable, I would like to prefer bhagyashri Holidays for my future tours, nd ketki ma'am really managed our tour excellent.

Had very unpleasant experience during the visit.Service in Malaysia by the agent is not at all good.no cooperation.singapore stay was ok.tour was not organised properly.

I had been to Thailand Maleshiya Singapore with my family from 15th Nov to 25th Nov 2017. The entire thing was planned and executed by Bhagyashree Holidays. They had guided us well and we had no issues. We enjoyed our holidays thanks to them. It was a very pleasant experience and got value for money. Rates were competitive but should manage the last minute hectic. Rest no complains & only complements. The co-ordination was also good compared to India & Singapore. Good memorable trip.

I had been to Singapore with my family from 11th May to 15th May 2017. The entire thing was planned and executed by Bhagyashree Holidays. They had guided us well and we had no issues. We enjoyed our holidays thanks to them. It was a very pleasant experience and got value for money. Hope to go for another holiday thru them.

We booked our Honeymoon tour to Phuket-Krabi (On suggestion of Vikram from Bhagyashri holiday )and it was just awesome. We had a great time and the tour was properly and lavishly organised. Even the staff at Bhagyashri holidays was very cooperative in the preparations prior to travel, especial thanks to Rakesh.
The choice of flight was good, and the hotels were also very good. The cruise bookings, city tour bookings were also well managed and the tour manager were also very helpful in providing the prior details of the tour. So all in all it was a very properly managed tour and so we enjoyed our first international trip without any worries. Just one thing I want to mention is the food choice in the domestic flight in Thailand it would be great if we can have the VEG option :) .

Vikram booked the best hotels and services under a budget which was pocket friendly for me. My parents had the best holiday ever and I couldn't have asked for a better planned holiday for them! All my worries and frantic calls and unreasonable demands were handled so wonderfully by Vikram!
Already recommending them to all my friends. :)
