What's Good: I recently had the pleasure of booking a Chennai trip through Back2holidays, and it was nothing short of fantastic! From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and highly organized.

What's Good: Excellent

What's Good: I recently book My travel to Thailand and had an amazing experience! The travel agent mr homender was extremely helpful and customized our ittnery perfectly and he is very nice person . There were constantly in touch throughout the trip to support us thanku u so much homender for wonderful experience.

What's Not Good: "I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Back to Holiday. Unfortunately, our recent trip did not meet our expectations in several ways.

Firstly, the hotels booked for us were not as promised. The quality and amenities were not up to the mark, which was a major letdown.

Furthermore, the driver assigned to us was rude and unprofessional. His behavior was unacceptable, and it made our travel experience even more unpleasant.

Considering the promises made by Back to Holiday, I expected a much better experience. Unfortunately, they failed to deliver on their commitments.

I would not recommend Back to Holiday to anyone based on our experience. There's definitely room for improvement in their services, especially when it comes to hotel selections and driver etiquette.

What's Not Good: Everything is best.

Choosing  "Back to Holiday" for our Rajasthan tour was a great decision. The  tour was comfortable and well-managed and very professional , especially our tour manager Ms Preeti Sharma very well behaved and polite. He took us to some hidden gems in Rajasthan that we wouldn't have discovered on our own. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.It was an excellent tour . We were friends and family of eight members. Our vehicle driver Shri Kamal is an experienced and steady driver he never speeds but still he was always in time it was a safe journey I would recommend Back to Holiday  one of the best travel companies. I wish them the best for all.

Overall it was a good vacay. Quite fun as well as relaxing. Thanks to Ms. Preeti she took care of all my concerns.
I think the accommodations could have been much better with respect to the trip budget.

I booked a package for ooty and Kodaikanal, I had great experience, Homendra did best and he was available every time, he is very polite and cooperative.

Thank you Homendra to Arrange such a good trip we took package of Thailand from Back2holodays for Bangkok and Pattaya i didn't expect that it would be such a amazing trip your suggestion for cruise dinner was excellent thank you so much Homendra again will suggest Back2holidays to my all friends

NEVER BOOK FROM "BACK 2HOLIDAYS" Worst services provided,

I told the agent "HOMENDRA" that i am travelling with 2 year child and even after knowing that he arranged bad hotels and cabs literally i had to suffer a lot due to this , i am writing this today as we all got ill from food issues and unhygienic hotel rooms
I never been in such troubles before with Travle triangle and this agency name "BACK2HOLIDAYS" are not in position to take any responsibility specially "Homendra", even after listening problmes on call he didn't took any action,once the full payment made he didnt even call back , Such a stupid irresponsible person
flight i booked from myself and i landed on Madurai airport around 4pm


1. Cab they sent driver was not available on the spot i had to call three times to the "back2holidays"
2. they sent me well edited pictures of a car which was not a good car at all

cab was very old, poor condition
cab was completely unhygienic seats were smelling
windows stucked many times and due to rain we had to cover it by bare hands
ac was not properly working , i thought that car will be only for day 1 but even after complaining they didnt change the car, however i paid the huge price for entire package , doors had locking issues windows stuck any moment while on a trip neither the car vendor nor the agancy took an action ,resulting we had to suffer from cold due to rain my child is still sick,no safety parameters were followed in entire journey, driver wasnt even aware of the location he had to put MAP for each location which was very uncomfertable situation for my family

3.POOR Hotels

"BACK2HOLIDAYS "I clearly mentioned at the beginning that hotel must be cleaned atleast but agnet HOMENDRA was not even listning to my concern of unhygienic places. all three hotels he booked was completely worst i felt like left alone in the whole trip i have all the evidences and videos of hotels, hotel on OOTY was full of Flies and Mosquitos everywhere , Dust and non working lights even Lifts were closed for no reason, Even Breakfast was so bad that we didn't ate it all each day.

4 AGENT "HOMENDRA" from "BACK2HOLIDAYS" was not able to handle my issues from beginning he never called me back once they got the money paid, I feel like i had to manage in a poorer conditions for entire trip even after paying a high price , NEVER EVER RECOMMEND BACK2HOLIDAYS FOR ANY PACKAGE ,THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNABLE TO HANDLE THINGS WHERE WE HAVE ISSUES , UNMANNERED AND LOW PROFILE POEPLE, POOR CONTACTS AND LESS KNOWLEDGE OF HOTEL CATEGORIES.

We booked a trip through back2holidays for delhi we were worried about trip because coming with family but Mr.Homendra made a very good plan hotel was excellent and also agra hotel was too good Regal vista it was Homendra's suggestion also Mr.Ajay helped alot available everytime thanks backtoholidays i will prefer to my friends and family

We made an advanced booking for Delhi about 2months ago, but when we came to the hotel there were no booking at all. Then we need to wait some time to make the booking. I booked for a triple bedroom instead they provided me a room with extra bed option only. As per the policy all the parking fees were also included in the package instead we paid parking fee to the driver for Sarojini Nagar Market. The hotel tries to charge extra money for our breakfast even though it is complimentary. On the whole it was a very poor experience.

Hotel was not up to expectations
Only one item offered in free break fast provision.
They have to improve and update.

I took a package for Rajashthan-Delhi-Agra trip from Travel Tringle under the tour agent namely Back2Holidays and want to share some of the experiences.
1. Udaypur Hotel was pre-booked and good place to stay.. But instead of lack view rooms.. Back2Holidays booked two other superiors rooms (as per them) and charged extra which was not mentioned in the quotation.
2. They booked an ordinary Hotel at Jaiselmer.. Car Parking facility was not there.
3. Desert Camp was good..
4. Check-in and Check out time Hotels/Camp was not mentioned in respect to the tour schedule for which we faced lot of problems and later on we booked another Hotel by ourselves to got manage the departure time.
5. Car quality was good. Driver was also good..

6. Suggestion... Book hotel by yourself and contact local tour operator for Car rentals.
