What's Good: Sumit provided excellent service and transparency, suggesting the best places to visit in Bali and helping us avoid crowded spots like Handara Gate. The on-trip support was fantastic, with a dedicated WhatsApp group for all communication. We truly enjoyed our experience!

If you want to ruin your vacation, book with 30 Sundays! We planned our anniversary trip to Thailand with them this month (February 2025), expecting a hassle-free experience. Instead, it was a nightmare. After paying an inflated price for hotels, transfers, and activities (which we questioned but were assured was worth it), communication completely fell apart. Prateek initially handled our itinerary and promised all the pointers we discussed but when Ashok took over and we did the final payment he ghosted us (specially when we were trying and contacting him during the trip)—no calls, no replies, nothing. Final itinerary was never shared due to “system glitch”. The on-ground team in Thailand was beyond pathetic: Transfers were a disaster—Drivers were changed last minute, updates were missing, and one driver was literally engaging in road rage/abuse. On our anniversary, we were stranded at Phuket airport for over 1.5 hours because our driver never showed up although the flight was delayed, and their Thailand team ignored us and were unresponsive Phi Phi Islands tour misrepresented —we asked for a small group (8-10 people). Although they assured us not more than 15-18 people, they threw us into a ferry with over 50 people. When we sent them pics and videos of the crowded ferry then also there was no reply from their side. When we tried to change it to a smaller group then their vendor asked for 21000 baht (approx Rs.54000). Full Moon Party transfer? Also missing. When confronted, they admitted they dropped some vendors and they are troubling the customers like this. Even their Gurgaon team was struggling to get their Thailand team to respond! The team from Gurgaon including Shweta and Akshay were trying to help but their on ground team was so bad that they were not answering anything we were asking or complaining. The lack of coordination, responsibility, and basic customer service was shocking. How they have a 4.7-star rating is beyond me. Zero accountability. Zero hospitality. 100% frustration. Avoid them at all costs!
