"What's Good: Recently me and my wife had a Srinagar trip through Ziya Global Travels. It was my luck that I choose Ziya Globel Travels to arrange my trip. Everything which required for this trip were properly and gracefully handled by Ziya Globel Travels. We are senior citizen and everything were arrange accordingly to our state. Our helper Mr Saki (driver) was also very good and humble. Anyone who is planning to visit Kashmir I must recommend them to choose Ziya Globel Travels for their trip.

Right from the initial booking, they were very supportive and customized the trip schedule according to our preferences.A special mention to Aakash, who was extremely helpful throughout the process. He was always available to answer our queries and ensured that everything was well-planned. Riya was also very supportive and responsive whenever we needed assistance. Our stay in Mussoorie at Hotel Park Royale Inn was very pleasant, with both the room and food being excellent. Initially, we had planned to stay at Hotel Spring Wood, but as rooms were unavailable, we were provided with an alternative, which turned out to be just as good. The driver assigned to us was very professional, polite, and cooperative. He drove carefully and ensured a smooth and safe journey without any rash driving. Our stay in Rishikesh at Hotel Trihari was average. While the rooms were a bit unclean, they were spacious, and the food, including both breakfast and dinner, was good. We were able to cover all the planned places comfortably without any hassle. The team at Mytripskart was extremely helpful throughout the trip, always responsive to our calls and messages whenever we needed assistance. A big thanks to Aakash and Riya for making our trip smooth and memorable. Overall, it was a well-organized experience, and I highly recommend Mytripskart for a hassle-free travel experience.

What's Not Good: Did not like the trip to Baisaran, very hectic and dangerous for senior citizens to travel on horseback,saw 4 persons falling and hurting themselves."

"What's Good: Mr.Rupak is a very co operative person and a very well organiser. He does not have 'NO' in his life.In our case his daughter has serious medical issue,still in absence we never had a single problem and he is always available on phone.we were 16 Sr .Citizens from 65 to 82 he took care of v small thing.last day we have to check out 6 AM he arranged break fast to carry and tea coffee in hotel which generally no hotel provides.In short from food,driver,Guide,accommodation,transportation ,service,his availability everything admirable.zero complaint operator THE BEST IN BUDGET
